TENET-O CO., LTD. ("we", brand name "tenet-O", Tax ID 60714815) takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website (https://www.tenet-o.com), why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
1. What we collect

2. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes and stay in touch.
- To provide the member area: verifying who you are and letting you see your company's contracts, invoices and payment status.
- To perform contracts, issue invoices and receipts, collect payments and reconcile them.
- To keep the website secure: preventing abuse, limiting suspicious sign-in attempts and investigating problems.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
3. Third parties that handle data
- LINE (LY Corporation): provides LINE sign-in; we also use our LINE Official Account to send internal notifications about contact-form submissions and billing notices.
- Google: Google Analytics website traffic analysis.
- Payment providers (NewebPay, and LINE Pay offered through it): process your payments.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies and browser storage

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking the sign-in cookie prevents you from signing in to the member area.
5. How long we keep data
- Accounting and billing records such as books and vouchers: at least 5 years, as required by the Business Entity Accounting Act and related laws.
- Contact-form, member and contract data: until our business relationship ends and the statutory retention period has expired.
- If you ask us to delete your data, we do so, as far as statutory retention duties allow, by deactivating your account and masking the fields that identify you.
6. Your rights
Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to let you inspect your personal data, give you a copy, supplement or correct it, stop collecting, processing or using it, or delete it. Please contact us using the details below; we will reply within 15 days.
7. Security
The whole website is served over HTTPS; sign-in credentials stay on the server and are never readable by page scripts; access to the back office is permission-based and audited.
8. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date above; significant changes are announced on the website.
