This page lists the starting prices and billing models of the services provided by TENET-O CO., LTD. ("we"). All amounts exclude tax; 5% business tax is added. The actual amount depends on the scope of your needs and is set by our written quotation and the contract signed by both parties. This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.

2. Billing models
- One-time projects (website building, custom development, testing): paid in instalments under the contract, for example a deposit on signing and the balance after acceptance; larger projects are invoiced by milestone.
- Maintenance: charged monthly, paid monthly or yearly.
- We notify you of the amount and due date of each instalment, and issue a Taiwan uniform invoice once payment is received.
3. How we quote
- Tell us what you need through the contact form on this website, by email, or through our LINE Official Account.
- Once we understand your needs, we send a written quotation stating the scope, schedule, amount and payment instalments.
- Work starts after both parties sign the contract, and we invoice according to the contract.
4. Payment methods
- Online: credit card and ATM transfer, as offered on the payment page; some methods have a per-transaction limit.
- You may also pay by bank transfer to our company account.
- Payment, late payment and refunds are governed by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy on this website.
